Dallas does not search like Austin, and it does not search like Houston. It searches like nine cities stitched together by highways, where a homeowner in Preston Hollow and a homeowner in Carrollton are twelve minutes apart and will never see the same three results in the Map Pack.
That is the part most agencies get wrong. They build one page called “Dallas,” stuff it with the word Dallas, and wait. Then they explain to the client why a plumber ranks beautifully in one ZIP code and vanishes six miles north.
Our office is at 2099 Valley View Ln, in a ZIP code the post office calls Dallas. We sit at the southern end of the Platinum Corridor, the office spine that runs up the Tollway from LBJ to Frisco, about three miles from the Galleria and a few minutes from the Preston Road interchange where Dallas Midtown broke ground in April 2026. Our Frisco office sits at the other end of that same corridor.
That was not an accident. We put people where the market is. When we tell you Belt Line traffic behaves differently at 6:15 on a Thursday than it does on a Saturday morning, that is not research. That is the commute.
Fast Hippo Media is two years old. The people who started it are not new to this. Our co-founder has 25 years in search behind him, and the tactics have changed roughly six times in that stretch. What has not changed is that local businesses win when they are the obvious answer to a specific question in a specific place. We built the company around that, then opened four offices in two years.
The honest answer is that the job description changed about eighteen months ago and a lot of agencies have not updated their deliverables.
Ten years ago, ranking in Dallas meant ranking on one page of ten blue links. Today a high-intent local query returns an AI Overview at the top, a Map Pack below it, a set of organic results under that, and increasingly no click at all. Meanwhile a growing share of your prospects never touch Google. They ask ChatGPT for a roofer, they ask Perplexity to compare three dental practices, they ask Siri for the nearest transmission shop and get an Apple Maps answer that Google never touched.
So the work splits into five jobs that used to be one:
We do all five. Most Dallas agencies still sell the first one and call it SEO.

There are six channels where a Dallas business can be found, and they have different rules. Treating them as one thing is why so many campaigns stall around month four.
The traditional battlefield, and still the one with the most predictable economics. For Dallas, the head terms are brutally competitive. “Dallas SEO” and “Dallas web design” have been fought over by agencies with real budgets for fifteen years. The winnable ground is in the long tail: service plus neighborhood plus intent. “Emergency AC repair Preston Hollow” is a real query with real revenue behind it and a fraction of the competition.
Three results, above the fold, capturing the majority of clicks on any geo-qualified search. Proximity to the searcher is weighted heavily, which creates a geographic reality worth understanding: your address has a natural radius, and no amount of content extends it.
This is the part most agencies will not explain to you, so here it is. We can rank a Northwest Dallas business in the Northwest Dallas pack. We cannot rank that same business in the Oak Cliff pack from an office fifteen miles away, and neither can anyone else. What we can do is build the on-page architecture and entity signals that put you in the consideration set everywhere your address can plausibly reach, and be honest about where the line is.
The AI Overview sits above everything and answers the question directly. For informational queries it has cut click-through dramatically. For local commercial queries it now frequently names businesses.
Getting named requires content structured for extraction: direct answers near the top of the section, specific figures, clear headings, and schema that tells the model what the page is about. Vague, hedged content does not get cited. Content that answers a question in one clean sentence does.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini are now a meaningful referral source for high-consideration local services, especially legal, dental, and home services where people research before they call. These systems build their picture of your business from your site, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and third-party mentions. They are unusually sensitive to consistency. If your service list says one thing on your site and another on your profile, you become a fuzzy entity, and fuzzy entities do not get recommended.
This is where Content Everywhere does its heaviest lifting.
Apple Maps has meaningful market share in DFW and runs on entirely separate data. A business that is flawless in Google and neglected in Apple loses every iPhone user who asks Siri. Yelp feeds a large portion of Apple’s business data, which makes Yelp a technical requirement whether or not you like the platform.
Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest now function as discovery engines for restaurants, med spas, contractors, and anything with a visual before-and-after. Google indexes some of this. More importantly, prospects use it to verify you are real before they call.
Here is the structural idea behind everything above.
Most sites have two layers. A homepage, and a service page. That structure can rank for a head term if the domain is strong enough, and it cannot rank for the hundreds of neighborhood-qualified queries where the actual revenue sits.
We build three.
Our Frisco office runs 21 pages on this architecture. Colorado Springs runs six and is climbing. Dallas has been running on one, which is why this page is being rebuilt.
Each layer links up and down. Each carries its own schema. Each targets queries the others do not. Done right, the structure stops competing with itself and starts covering a metro that no single page can hold.

Search stopped being a place and became a behavior. Search Everywhere Optimization is our framework for being present wherever the question gets asked, whether that is Google, an AI Overview, a chatbot, a map app, or a social feed. One strategy, one set of entity signals, distributed across every surface that returns answers.

Our proprietary methodology, developed in 2025 and tested on our own properties before we sold it to anyone. Content Everywhere takes a single piece of authoritative content and adapts it across formats and platforms so that the same expertise shows up as a blog post, a video, a Google Business Profile post, a social asset, and a structured answer an LLM can quote. The goal is entity reinforcement at scale: the more consistently your expertise appears across surfaces, the more confidently every algorithm can recommend you.

AEO is the practice of making your business the answer rather than one more link. It means structuring content for extraction, building the schema that defines your entity, earning the third-party mentions that AI systems treat as corroboration, and monitoring which engines cite you and which do not. We started building AEO deliverables before most agencies had a name for it.

Read MoreOur office sits where Farmers Branch meets Dallas, at the southern end of the Platinum Corridor. That puts us inside the densest commercial band in the metro, with Dallas city limits a short drive in three directions.
Two of the areas below are Dallas neighborhoods. Three are their own incorporated cities in Dallas County. We work across all of them, and we say which is which because a business owner in Addison knows perfectly well that Addison is not Dallas.
Galleria & Dallas MidtownRead more → | The Preston Road and LBJ interchange, anchored by Galleria Dallas and reshaping around the Dallas Midtown redevelopment, which broke ground in April 2026 on an $85 million first phase. Dallas city limits, about three miles from our door. Best fit: Retail, hospitality, professional services, medical |
Northwest Dallas & Bachman LakeRead more → | Dallas proper, directly south of us across LBJ. A working corridor along Webb Chapel and Marsh with a deep trades, auto, and independent restaurant base, and very little agency attention. Best fit: Trades, auto, restaurants, family services |
Preston Hollow & North DallasRead more → | The Preston Road residential corridor inside Dallas city limits. Older money, high household income, and buyers who research thoroughly before they call anyone. Best fit: Dental, legal, cosmetic, custom construction, wealth services |
AddisonRead more → | The Town of Addison, its own municipality in Dallas County. Four and a half square miles with one of the densest restaurant concentrations in Texas, plus Addison Circle, Addison Airport, and a DART Silver Line station that opened for service in late 2025. Three miles from our office. Best fit: Restaurants, med spas, fitness, corporate services |
CarrolltonRead more → | The City of Carrollton, its own municipality. Downtown Carrollton is a Green Line and Silver Line transfer point with a revitalized square, wrapped by one of the metro’s larger light-industrial and contractor bases. Best fit: Contractors, auto, manufacturing, family services |
Farmers BranchRead more → | Where we actually sit. Its own municipality, entirely surrounded by Dallas, in a ZIP the postal service files under Dallas. A working commercial district with a DART Green Line station and a steady trades and light-industrial base. Best fit: Trades, B2B services, light industrial, logistics |
Each of these gets its own page in the buildout, with its own directions, its own schema, and content written for how that submarket actually searches. Farmers Branch is covered on this page rather than a separate one, because this is the Farmers Branch office.
Attorneys. Auto repair. Construction and remodeling. Dental and orthodontic. HVAC. Landscaping. Med spas and aesthetics. Pest control. Plumbing. Restaurants. Roofing. Trucking and logistics.
If your business depends on someone within thirty miles deciding you are the one to call, we have probably run this play in your category.
Anyone who gives you a date without seeing your site is guessing. That said, engagements in a market this competitive tend to move on a recognizable arc.
NAP audit and cleanup across Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, and the data aggregators. Google Business Profile rebuilt. Technical issues fixed. Schema deployed. Baseline rankings and Map Pack grid captured so we can prove movement later. Nothing visible happens yet, and this is the month that determines whether the rest works.
Map Pack positions start shifting on medium-competition terms, usually in the ZIP codes closest to your location first. Review velocity picks up. The first neighborhood content publishes.
Content production hits full cadence. AEO-structured pages begin getting cited. Organic traffic to long-tail neighborhood queries becomes measurable. Paid campaigns, if running, have enough data to cut the waste.
Map Pack positions stabilize across a wider radius. AI engines start naming you. Head terms that looked unreachable in month one become realistic.
The architecture is built and the maintenance cost drops. Competitors trying to catch up are starting where you started six months ago.
Dallas runs slower than Colorado Springs on this curve. More competition, more agency spend, more established players. Plan for the back half of that timeline, not the front.
You get a named strategist, not a ticket queue. You get reporting that shows rankings, calls, and revenue attribution instead of a dashboard full of impressions. You get monthly calls where we tell you what did not work, because the campaigns that improve are the ones where somebody says that out loud.
We are a Google Partner. We hold a 4.9 out of 5 average across 27 Google reviews on our Dallas office alone. We run Content Everywhere on our own properties first, which is how we know what it does before we bill you for it.

Yes. Our office is at 2099 Valley View Ln, Ste. 100A, in ZIP 75234, which the United States Postal Service lists under Dallas. The municipal boundary there runs between Dallas and Farmers Branch, and our Google Business Profile shows the Farmers Branch side of it, which is why you will see both names associated with us. We are roughly three miles from Galleria Dallas and directly north of Northwest Dallas. If you want to know how our specific location affects Map Pack reach for your address, ask us and we will tell you plainly.
Inside Dallas city limits we cover Northwest Dallas, Bachman Lake, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, and the Galleria and Midtown corridor. We also serve several neighboring cities in Dallas County, each its own municipality: Farmers Branch, Addison, Carrollton, Irving, Richardson, Garland, and Coppell. Our Frisco office covers the northern suburbs including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Prosper, so if you are up that way we will point you there instead.
Our Dallas engagements start at $500 per month for a single-service work such as Google Business Profile Optimization. Full-service campaigns typically run between $1,500 – $5,500 per month, scaling with scope, market competitiveness, and whether paid media is included. A single-location dental practice and a twelve-location HVAC company do not need the same program. We scope after an audit, not before, because quoting a number before seeing your site is guessing with your budget.
First measurable Map Pack movement usually lands between weeks five and eight. Meaningful lead volume typically arrives in months three to six. Dallas is more competitive than most markets we serve, so the timeline sits at the longer end of the range.
It is our methodology for taking one piece of authoritative content and adapting it across search, social, video, and AI answer surfaces so your expertise reinforces itself everywhere a prospect might look. We developed it in 2025 and ran it on our own properties before we sold it to anyone.
Yes, if you qualify as a service-area business under Google’s guidelines, meaning you serve customers at their location and you hide your address on the profile. Service-area businesses face a proximity disadvantage, so the strategy leans harder on content architecture, review volume, and entity signals. We have done this successfully for trades clients across DFW.
It is the office and commercial spine that runs about 13.7 miles up the Dallas North Tollway from just north of I-635 to SH-121 in Frisco, passing through Dallas, Farmers Branch, Addison, Plano, and Frisco. Two of our offices sit on it. For a business anywhere along that stretch, it means your customers, your competitors, and your commercial neighbors are already organized into a corridor that search behavior tends to follow.
That is a good portion of what we do. Multi-location work has its own failure modes, duplicate listings, cannibalizing location pages, and inconsistent NAP data across franchise systems. We audit for all three before we build anything.
Answer Engine Optimization gets your business named in AI Overview and in tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. It matters most in categories where people research before calling: legal, dental, cosmetic, and high-ticket home services. If your customers call the first plumber they find at 11pm, Map Pack matters more. We will tell you which bucket you are in.
A full technical and local audit, NAP cleanup across every platform that feeds Google and Apple, a rebuilt Google Business Profile, schema deployment, and a baseline measurement so every claim we make afterward is checkable. You will see the audit document. You will not see ranking changes yet.
Because someone in another state does not know that Belt Line and Preston behave like two different markets, or that the Midtown redevelopment is about to change search demand around the Galleria. Local knowledge is not sentiment. It shows up in which neighborhoods you build pages for and which queries you chase.
