Today, Gianni serves as Executive Assistant at Fast Hippo Media, supporting leadership while helping drive the systems and operations that keep the business moving forward. Her work touches nearly every part of the organization, from client onboarding and team onboarding to process development, project management, training, documentation, quality control, and cross-functional coordination. She is often trusted with initiatives that require both big-picture thinking and meticulous execution, helping turn ideas into organized action.
